My son received an undercooked burger and I spoke with one manager and she explained that the burgers come like that. I ordered the same as my son but I told her to look at it and she walked away. Long story short, I dismissed the first manager who walked away after I called her a liar and another manager heard my complaint when I spoke to her and she took care of the situation without hesitation. I didnt ask her name but I will remember the sista with the freckles next time. I appreciated it. Excellent customer service for me. Thank you!!

I would give -5000 if I could. I don't think it should be so difficult to get food to people quickly. Miserable place. Don't go unless you have a spare 3 hours.

Staff and management always have bad attitudes. They never get my order right and get mad when they're asked to correct it. The McDonald's a couple miles down the road is way better, it's worth driving a little longer.

Usually great experiences here, but this time far too long and the waitresses seemed to not pay attention to anyone aside from regulars. I felt extremely uncomfortable and insignificant. Aside from this, the good and drinks were perfect.

Horrible wait times for fast food. I dont have to wait that long for food at another restaurant with an average 4.5 star rating on google.
