I went in expecting my deep dish pepperoni would be “hot and ready” as they advertise. I waited 15 minutes. The manager told me I should have ordered on the mobile app... what I am telling the manager now is that when someone orders something expecting it to be hot and ready it should be. There was no line telling me to expect something different. So, if something is not hot and ready, I should have been told when I ordered and paid so I could decide myself whether I wanted to wait or order something that was ready. I realize the place is newer and they have lines out the door half the time I drive by, but just a little bit better of communication would have made me happier and I would have walked out with a cheese pizza rather than waiting for the pepperoni. 
The food is good though.

I am from the Detroit area where Little Caesars are on every corner basically. When this Little Caesars opened up super close to where I live now and I was very excited. However since opening this place has only left me disappointed every time I have been in. I have never once walked in for what I wanted and expected to be hot and ready and walked out. I usually have to wait 5 minutes or more for what is supposed to be hot and ready. Additionally when I asked the girl working the counter why items were not ready she replied that they didn't want to throw things away. If you advertise hot and ready that is a risk you take. After my conversation with the employee they were very rude and dismissive. I won't give up on Little Caesars but this location is disappointing.
