Greets you when you walk through the door, however the person responsible for clearing the tables did a very poor job. Plates were piling up on tables and rather than clear the tables with patrons still eating he skipped over them. If there were people standing around needing a table I could overlook it.

I took my kids to this CiCis pizza after Jumpology. I didn't even know anything about this location. I am glad I found it. Unlike some of the other establishments I've been to, this might be my favorite location. We walked in and immediately was greeted by friendly staff, the establishment was clean, and the pizza was hot and fresh. It was a great experience for my kids and I. We will definitely take the extra 15 minute ride to eat here again!

My husband and I stopped in to have dinner around 7:30pm on a Friday night. There was barely any lettuce mix in the salad bar, and there was absolutely no soup or noodles. I decided to get some pasta (After I had to ask for them to put more noodles out) only to find out that the red sauce was not even warm. The pizzas that were on the buffet even looked like they had been there for a hour or more. They didn't even have more than 3 varieties of pizza to choose from. My husband and I frequent Cici's pizza, and I have to say. This has got to be the worst Cici's we've ever been to! I can honestly say. My husband and I WILL NOT be returning to this location.

Was not super satisfied here. They are now charging you to use your credit card a3.9 percent fee. And on this visit the food tasted as if it had been sitting too long. The salad was slightly browned The macaroni was soft and pasty. And a few of the pizza slices were hard, didn't seem fresh. I used to like cicis when there was a store in Mechanicsville. but this one isn't the same.

Great pizza, possibly the best Cici's pizza I've had. Unlike most, this location did not suffer from what call the cardboard pizza issue. However, unfortunately the customer service was lacking. My friend and I waited for over 3 minutes just for a cashier to come buy so we could order the buffet. No one was manning the front desk. The only reason someone came is because someone in the back saw us and flagged down the cashier. It had just turned 8, so it was outside primetime, however the location still had a fair amount of people.
