I actually worked at the location in staunton. They have a 30 minute hold time on food but a lot of times let it sit in there for much longer. I thought this was disgusting, but I would get in trouble if I threw food out. People did not always wash their hands and there isn’t an actual training set up for employees. The General Manager has only been there for 3-4 months and the other management has been there for less. Very unprofessional environment. It was extremely unsanitary. There was dough on the floor that had been there since before I was hired. Since no one wears gloves, it’s actually disgusting that people would come in from a smoke break and immediately put their hands on dough. I felt bad for customers because other employees were extremely rude and it just was not the place for me. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location!

I always notice a difference in our food when a manager is at work or not. I order from this location and I've seen many workers come and go. This manager I've just met, Doug, along with a sales associate, Jasmine, are great people to encounter. The pizza was not overly greasy like the last few times, just enough cheese and looked good too! The very nice woman, Jasmine, greeted me with such an enthusiastic smile like she really enjoyed her job; and was happy to take my order. Looks like this location is really trying to make their store better!! Kudos too Doug and Jasmine, as well as the crew that was hard at work tonight, 7/28/2017 around 8:30pm!! Keep up the great work!! I'd also, like to mention I have been ordering from this location for years. I've seen managers and employees come and go. It seems as if they are trying to really work on this location. And, tonight actually made my week. Was there 5 minutes, got my pizzas and crazy bread. It looked like everyone was hard at work and not goofing off liked I'd seen in the past. I give 5 stars for the service and food because I really was impressed with the change in the environment.

It's a hit or miss with this store. Usually have to call the order in, in order to get a decent service. Last minute notice, went ahead and tried going through drive through. Sat there for a good while. When I got to the window, I ordered and received my pizza right away. Impressed! Then I got home, made my two 3 year old boys a plate of cheese pizza and crazy bread. My daughter, who's 9, made her plate of the same. Not even three minutes after my boys took a couple bites, one came crying to me complaining about how spicy the pizza was. And I didn't believe him until my other boy came to me saying, " too spicy " and pointing at the pizza. After that, my daughter came out and said the," pizza sauce is really spicy." So, I took couple bites of the pizza my first son had and it really did have a kick to it. Then I ate another slice and it's the same. The sauce was spicy. Now, I could of been the only person that felt this way and I was going to let it go until I called the store and asked for the manager. The guy who answered didn't even respond kindly. His first response to me after I explained what had happened was, " there is nothing we can do about the sauce." And my response (and yes, I was kinda annoyed and rude back with this guy)," I don't want anything for it, I'm just informing you about it. In case, other customers felt the same way." He started to be rude again and I didn't even pay attention to what he said, I then stated," I was just informing you all and I don't want anything for it. Good bye" and hung up. So this is why I wrote my review because I have given this restaurant several shots and this was the last straw. I will never come back to this location again.

This place is awesome..and Olivia is an awesome employee..very respectful and friendly. She is attentive in providing great service to the customers. Her smile brightened the store!
