Personally, I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about. My wife and I were shopping around for new rings, and before today I had never heard of Littman Jewlers. Thankfully I do now. The manager, Angel, was so helpful. Offering to clean our rings while we looked around, as well as checking their website for us to view additional items. The manager as well as two younger male associates helped us when we walked in. One shared my name, which was a tad bit strange. Other than that I am very satisfied with the service I received! 5/5 stars.

Horrible service and manager of the store, had to return a ring 3x and still having problems with stones falling out etc. LOW QUALITY

Crooks that sell junk. Bought a necklace and charm that cost over $100. The necklace gave me a rash and tarnished. I'm not an allergy type of guy either. Went back in and they told me that they dont sell just chains or replacement chains and started asking me if it was stainless steel, sterling silver, etc? They don't know what it is they sell?! On top of it being cheap?! The woman then said, well why don't we look at another cross charm and necklace. I said "you're really going to try to sell me again, and not help me with the previous one you sold me?", then I walked started walking out and said "forget it" and she scoffed at me. We walked to a mall 'pagoda' where a young girl helped us. I would not recommend Littman's at all. I've bought all my previous items at Jared or even Sears. Both have better customer service and merchandise. Bad service, bad merchandise.

Worst service we have ever had.. initially went here to purchase our wedding rings. They basically took one look at us and assumed  we had no money? So clearly we werent worth there time. Nobody asked us what our price range was.. nobody even asked us if we needed help!! We ultimately went to Jared! Littmans jewelery is beautiful.. dont get me wrong. But the staff was not.
