I have always had an excellent experience when shopping here . Sales associates are always very helpful and friendly.  This location has a very large selection of items.

I waited patiently for 15 minutes while browsing.  As the store at the Galleria closed out I noticed 2 associates at the register along with what appeared to be a manager. I knew I was next on the list for help. They proceeded to all leave the sales floor, leaving one associate and head to the back room. BYE. You lost a big sale. I'll never step foot in that store again and will advise friends of same. Thanks for the "chain" experience.

Attempting to return a ring that they had emailed me a receipt for. However they apparently can't scan the receipt off of my phone (which blows my mind because most places can). We asked the lady if she could look it up since we used our credit card, again replied with a negative answer and tone. To avoid driving all the way back to lockport to print out a receipt we went to office depot and they printed us out a receipt for .15 and we brought it back to the lady. Good thing since it was the 30th day of the return period. Can't imagine how that would've turned out. The ring was never worn. Never buying anything from here again.
