The loan officer sent me a pre-approval of $225k on 07/19 and after I pay for an inspection and appraisal out of pocket . I was then told my approval was only for $145k. They wrote back to me  explaining that the loan officer made an "educated guess" 
If I would have been told upfront that we are making a guess I would never have gone forward with this process. Go somewhere else that would know how to do business not GUESS.

What is the use in rating it. I got a loan officer that I fear that will cause me to lose my home or I will have to declare bankruptsy. Tell Carol thanks a lot
