Good gym, Excellent layout. Basically most of what you need. A couple of machines I always wished they had :  Bring back the Smith machine. Ideal for certain lifts!  A leg press machine lying on the back instead of sitting upright.  Not a great angle for the knees.

This place is larger than it looks. Nice indoor pool just an all-around good facility, very clean and professionally run.

I love their machines because most have built in fans.  Their music is not always my favorite but at least they don’t play it as loud as most places so you can block it out with your own music.

WAY bigger inside than it looks from the outside, with excellent equipment of every kind and a very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

It's a perfect neighborhood gym. They always are friendly and make you feel welcome  Love the newly redone pool.

Feels like home.  And they just got all new equipment, which makes paying for the already-cheap memebership even easier.  Always great rapport with the staff and other gym-goers, doesnt feel like your run of the mill chain gym that has way too many “gym bros” and is crowded.  If you want to come to a quiet gym with great equipment and a good vibe, come through

I like the pool. The employee that greeted me didn't ask if I needed help. Just let me stand there. After 2 minutes I said I'm here for a appointment. Michael the man giving me a tour barely showed me the different rooms didn't show me how to use anything but did tell me the price of $40 a month or $35 a month with a 1 year plan. He would let me come free for one week if I signed up for the one-year plan. What in the world! So I'm supposed to sign up for an entire year without even getting to try even one machine. 420 Plus $40 yearly plan for maintenance but the carpet was so old and torn in the main room. I think I'll keep looking

ONLY join this gym if you know that you will use your membership for at least a year. You cannot cancel mid-contract, you will continue to be charged until the contract reaches term  Notes & Observations to help you with your decision: - This gym doesn't provide towels or locks for lockers. Not a big deal but important to know before you try working out on the way to work and realize you don't have a towel. - The swimming pool is not completion length and it's very warm. This is great for recreation, but terrible for lap swimming. - They play Christian music which is uplifting and great! - The locker rooms are newly remodeled and very comfortable. - This is a family owned business, and the employees are kind and empathetic. - Child care is only available at certain times and for an additional charge. - Memberships come with two free personal training sessions, which is a nice touch to help you get acquainted. - They seem to care about creating a community feeling here.  Overall this gym isn't a bad option, but it didn't work out for me because I like to get my workout by lap swimming alone :P and I don't like feeling trapped by a contract.
