Amazing talent at this Ins agency. Love Deb she is "outstanding" and knowledgeable. Lizette the owner is very helpful and accommodating. This agency has saved me so much trouble. Insurance can be so confusing but this team really cares and Deb goes the extra mile to make sure you understand everything pertaining to your Ins needs. I have tried other local State Farm agents resulting in regret and disappointment.  I highly suggest you make an appointment, save yourself lots of headaches that come with unprofessional and uneducated Ins agents and get the advice you need at Lizette Cochran State Farm Agency.

Excellent customer service. I recently moved to Florida and had a few issues with transferring policies. My old insurance agency (also a State Farm) stopped helping me once they found out I was moving. Bobbi Jo at Lizette Cochran State Farm helped fix the errors made by my old agent and even called the Payment Plan Dept. to double check that I was being billed correctly. Plus they gave me a cute 2018 calendar.

Great customer service.  Lizette explained the process and had the policy in place quickly.  Everyone at her agency seems very friendly.  Especially Bobby Jo.

We have been with Lizette Cochran Statefarm since 2003. We have never had a problem, love everyone in the office. They are professional yet still treat us like we are part of the family. I would highly recommend them.
