I lived at a Lloyd rental property and had a wonderful experience! The management was professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any concerns that we had. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly and they were wonderful about working around our schedule (our pet is afraid of strangers so they made sure to come when we were home)! We used the Lloyd Real Estate Group to buy our house - Reed was wonderful in helping us find our perfect home! And were able to get out of our lease without any fees by using a Lloyd Realtor!

I have been a resident of the Lloyd Companies for about a year now. I can honestly say that Killarney Crossing is one of a kind. The maintenance tech knows my name as well as the managers on the property. Kylie and Nikki do such a great job hosting monthly events that it really does bring us all together like our own little community. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!

I have lived at both The Bluffs and Uptown Exchange and decided to stay with Lloyd because of the staff at both locations. They are understanding and have made accommodations for both me and my guests. Respect goes both ways so respectful tenant, respectful staff! Anyone who thinks differently can stay away from the place I am renting HA!

These guys are real jerks, I'd advise against renting any properties from them. First off if you have an issue on a weekend like a natural disaster, you won't be able to report it till Monday. In this case it was a flood. We had to move out and after we did, Lloyd still expected us to pay the rest of our lease even tho could not live in the apartment. We fought them in court and it never really got anywhere. They didn't compensate us one damn bit for all the extra costs and inconvenience. Make sure you don't get any basement or below ground apartments especially!

Dan Pierce over at West Briar commons is completely unprofessional or even gives a damn about your situation. I knew my car was going to get towed, he said he would tell me where it would be towed he never did and costed me $1000. However, I told him I will be home "which I was" when it would be towed and could just have them tow it to my driveway and pay $65, which did not happen as dan completely avoided everyone that day and locked the lease office door and said to go away. When I finally was told where my car was I paid it, and when they brought the car back it was completely totaled and would cost over $2000 to fix and my insurance wouldl not approve a claim if them find the car was totaled. So, I had to go get a new car which costed me $1350 for a down payment as I have to get to work. Called Kelly Grier implied over the phone he does not care at all and said pay or leave. You guys let greed take over.
