I had an appointment today with Jackie to get my eyebrows done. As I was waiting for my turn a young lady rushed in by passing the receptionist saying sorry for being late and walked in on Jackie while she was with a client. At 4:40 Jackie took her 4:30 appointment, my appointment was at 4:45 and she knew I was there, and the young lady rushed in at 4:50. To my surprise Jackie took the young lady before me. It was nice she still took her late appointment, but don't think it was appropriate to take her before me when I wasn't late. I found it to be very unprofessional especially the young lady walking right back. Where is the privacy?

Coming into this place for the first time I had absolutely no expectation. I came in for an eyebrow appointment with Jackiy and I had NO idea there was a whole other world in here!

From the moment you walk in, the girls at the front desk and everyone else greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. Even though I only came in for brows I absolutely loved all the hair stations and work of all the hairstylists. This is a small and cozy hair salon with a rustic chic touch. If you're coming here on the weekday after work or for a "me" day this place is great. They treat you to wine, coffee, water and there's even sweet treats for customers. 

My review is based on my overall experience but especially Jackiy and her amazing work. I came in just for a regular eyebrow shaping (wax/tweeze) and I was extremely happy with the results. I'm very excited to come back again! Also, I had my mom do microblading with her and from the consultation to the whole process she was AMAZING and on point. Jackiy was extremely sweet, kind, realistic and honest with everything related to microblading. So far, she's gotten the first of two sessions done and we all love the results! She's so precise and detail oriented and extremely talented. Can't wait to see the final results when she schedules the last microblading appointment!

Overall, this place is great! One stop shop and I for sure will be trying their hair services in the future. Everyone is very up to date and modern on their hair styling/coloring. Awesome place and amazing staff!
