Awful experience this past weekend. Went to a rehearsal dinner that was located at this restaurant and was not impressed whatsoever. The outside, side patio was supposed to be reserved and set up with food and games at 7:30. I arrived around that time, and couldn’t even go to the patio because people still occupied it. I spoke to the rehearsal dinner host, and saw for myself that nothing was prepared by the restaurant. The patio was left disgusting after the host and family had to politely tell people it was reserved for a private party (because the manager wasn’t doing it), the poor waitresses/bartender had NO IDEA that this party was booked, therefore were scrambling around to get everything set up as much as they could do, all the while the manager was simply saying “I’m sorry” in the worst customer service voice I’ve ever heard. Food came out buffet style due to the number of people (which was the plan..however-) LATE, about 3-4 hours, and only a few at a time. So by the time 5-6 people went through the line the majority of the food was gone, and we had to wait 15-30 minutes for new food to arrive. Oh and to hold everyone over for those 3-4 hours they gave us chips and salsa, about 2 hours into that wait. I can’t even say the restaurant planned poorly, because it was obvious there was no planning. To reserve something WEEKS in advance, and to get the details sorted WEEKS in advance, and for NONE of it to be prepared is just plain awful. The poor host did everything right, and still nothing went well. I really hope the restaurant gets their act together, because if they keep going this way they are going to close down. The power of social media will ruin a restaurant. The managers need to go back to college and take a class in hospitality and management because they clearly are not capable of performing their job correctly. Please save yourself the money and go to a Chick-Fil-A, where the customer service and food will be actually better then this nasty joint.

Horrendous. I'm not coming back. We first walk in and get seated fine, I go to the buffet and first thing I see is a filthy plate in the CLEAN plate area and then from there I think okay I won't over react it could just be a small problem with the dish washer so I go to the front and find a manager and show him the plate he merely takes it and says "okay, you can just get another" i was so dissatisfied with that not even an apology and he just walked away from that point. That's health code violation1, violation 2 is the fact people serving and getting food the workers were handling it with bare hands, violation 3 is that cross contamination was everywhere, a worker would handle a cooked ham then move to waffles 😒 all in all horrid service and horrible manager.

Meatloaf cupcakes were the bomb! Great food, extraordinary beer choices, full liquor bar, and great service! Our server was Emilee. We had a group of 16, and she was GREAT.

Slow service. Messed up our check 3 times and manger got crappy with us when we were upset for so many wrong charges! The wings were good but not worth the hassle!

Great place to hang out on a Friday night. Didn't have any food, but the menu looked really good. Can't wait to go back and try some meatloaf cupcakes or nachos!
