Adrien and Location real estate have a been a blessing for us. They keep me informed but only when needed and handle most matters without even needed to contact me. I have been nothing but pleased with the service they have provided. My property has been well managed and maintained beautifully. I trust them completely to take care of my property. After 5 years of service with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for property rental and management services. Adrien is fantastic!!

My experience with Locations, and specifically Adrien Flaherty has been flawless!!! Adrien has been managing our property going on 4 years, all of which we have been in the Netherlands or now in Orlando. Communication, diligence, expertise, and professionalism on Adrien and Locations' part have solidified our working relationship and won our business. Owning an older home inspection and maintenance are imperative to protecting your investment. Anything that needed attention was spotted, a game plan discussed and problem solved. Not only do I have every confidence in Adrien and Locations, I have piece of mind knowing that my investment and my interests are being monitored and protected. I will continue to do business with Locations and suggest to others to do the same-thank you for all your hard work!!!

Locations Real Estate is wonderful. They have a great understanding of the Baton Rouge market and have the customer's best interest at heart. They all work hard to try to find the perfect property for each customer. We moved to Baton Rouge from a different state and only had 1 day to find a place to rent. The employee we worked with was very knowledgable and very willing to help. We found a place that day and are still living there! I highly recommend using them!

Locations' owners and employees are the loveliest people! Not only did they seamlessly help me buy a house, they have managed my rentals for years. Currently they are in the process of trying to sell some real estate for me. They have kept me updated all along the way, and I trust them completely. They are family owned and operated with integrity beyond my expectations. Locations Real Estate Group has the ethical backbone you want when buying, selling, or renting. Don't use anyone else.

I have known and been dealing with Locations Real Estate for the past 18 years. I have the utmost respect for this company, as I have never been treated with anything but top notch professsionalism, respect and honesty. I presently own a rental property in the Baton Rouge area and Adrien, at Locations, manages this property for me. She has taken property management to a whole new level, She is always on top of the happenings at my property and is extremely helpful in resolving any issues that arise. I would highly recommend this company for any of your real estate needs.
