Darren and his team far exceeded my expectations in the sale of my home. I was expecting just a "normal" process which just involved a sign in my yard, a lock box on my door, and my home in the MLS. This by far was not the case! Who would have thought that picking the right real estate agent could make this an exciting experience! My home, which was by no means going to be an "easy sale," sold on the third day! I was blown away! Then the proactive communication from Darren after my home was under contract also blew me away. From random videos that he would send, to unexpected random phone calls, emails, etc., the communication was just TOP SHELF. I never had a question to ask him because he answered the questions before I could think to ask! We closed on my home about 30 days later and I was happy to pay him the commission he deserved.

We chose Darren's group based on both radio advertising and a positive referral from a co-worker. We were assigned a random agent at first whose communication was lacking, but Darren took over to make things right. We had an absolutely amazing experience from that point on. Next time, I will contact Darren directly because he was very professional and proactive. You should too!

From start to finish our experience with Darren and his company was brilliant. They're really friendly and helpful and you can tell they genuinely care about helping you to sell your property quickly. We got more than we expected for our old home and they took care of absolutely everything.
