I called to get the keys out of my car and they told me I pay $65 they get it out and make a Copy for me! Which I Agreed to! So the tech guy got to my location Quickly and his customer Service was Great! So after he got the Keys out I went Straight to the Shop at 12:24PM  cause they were out for lunch so I left and then came back at 2:00PM and the guy on the front desk told me that they didn't agreed to that..... My point is if come to an agreement through the phone and have the customers information to verify that I am who I say I am please honor it!

Such a lifesaver. After having some keys lost (by a kid) the gentleman was able to help me out. They were speciality keys so it cost more than the grocery store but at least he had what I needed and was able to get the job done that day.
