Wow the guy before me must be talking about around company or a really disgruntled ex employee.
I've know the Leach brothers and the work of the Loenbro company for 6 years now and I can say without a doubt they are as good as good gets. If they were the monsters as suggested above OSHA would have shut the doors years ago. They have gathered contract from many surrounding states and aren't a bunch of wusses welding away in a nice warm shop somewhere. These guys are "field tested" in baking sun and burning cold winters and keep getting the contracts.
They are also personally responsible for putting on Montana's largest Christian music festival and see many peoples lives changed for the better. They fly the US flag at both their offices and on the festival grounds, so much for having issues with Veterans. As for minorities, I was driving from G.F. to Iowa and ran into a family from Texas that was headed back to TX because he was not able to find work. I called John and he said "Turn him around and send him back here and we will find him a job"
These guys have been around for thirteen years, 90% of businesses in American last under ten. They must be doing something right. I've been to their shop, I have seen their work and I have met them personally. If you need it built they can build it.

Hands down the most deceitful, conniving, lying, and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with.  

They are without a doubt the true epitome of why nepotism should be regulated.

They are also discriminatory, blatantly lie and cheat to get their end goal, and are guilty of some of the most egregious and willfully negligent OSHA violators I have ever seen.

If you are desperate enough to work for these thieves and liars - retain an attorney first, you'll need it.

They also hate minorities, most specifically Indians and war veterans.

I'm not trying to get anybody terminated and maybe they will change. Maybe some of the staff are christians but from my experience some of the female office staff at the office in Great Falls don't act like it, ignoring people, not returning calls, brushing them off, it's inconsiderate.
