Only spent one night here but it was excellent. Check in was warm and efficient. Not only were we accommodated with early check in, we were given a glass of champagne! The room was warm and comfortable. Grounds are nice. My only suggestion is the shuttle should run on demand, not hourly. Kind of silly sitting outside 15 minutes staring at the driver while waiting for top of the hour, then being the only passengers.

We came by boat (with reservations made before had as the dock space is limited) and the dock master made us feel very welcome. We skipped the dinning room and instead really enjoyed lunch and cocktails on the outdoor deck. We were a party of 5, seated at large, very comfortable chairs surrounding a large, warm and cheery lava rock table. Service was excellent and food and drinks excellent as well. This is the 3rd time we've done this and every time has been 5 stars. My only caveat is for boaters: Hence those channel markers! They'll bring you very close to shore, but this is the safe passage.

I was at the resort for a conference and the staff and service was impeccable. Every need I brought to their attention was handled quickly. All of our meals were fantastic. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and courteous. Definitely a great place for large events! They know how to take care of a crowd.

This is one our favorite hotels in Coronado. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the bay. It was the most memorable stay we've ever had. The beautiful white sand beach is just a few minutes away and all of the restaurants are nearby. Perfect! Perfect!

Parking is a little expensive for $28 a day for self parking or $33 for valet. Room is nice. It comes with snacks that tempt you to open them, which I probably will. The concierge, Elizabeth, asked why we were visiting and in passing we said "late birthday and anniversary" and she had champagne sent up to our room. Very thoughtful. The king suite comes with a massive bathroom with a deep tub and a separate walk in shower.
