Just in the other day.  A woman by the name of Mary Adeline was very helpful to me.  She's lovely; but I have to agree with the other reviewer, some of the associates are not as helpful.  Working previously in retail, it's important that at least 2 or three people be on the floor at the same.  There was no one but Mary on the floor for awhile and she was busy at the register.  Top priority should be customer; things like working in the back room is secondary

The store itself is nice but the people who work there are quite rude. I've been there on three different occasions and each time it's always an awkward experience. Today I asked the woman behind the counter, "Could I try these on in the fitting room?" The woman responded with, "MAY, it's MAY I try these on in the fitting room.." LOL.. What... really? It is always some awkward thing like that when I visit this store. Maybe they don't want younger people shopping there? At least that is the vibe I get. The people who work there really need a wake up call.

LOFT is my go-to place for young, professional clothes.  I recently visited the Ormond Beach location and was so pleased by the level of customer service of the staff.  I had driven quite a ways to purchase shorts that I mistakenly didn't realize were on sale online only.  I found them to be exceptionally welcoming and accommodating to me.
