I have used Logan Express frequently and am pretty happy with it. The e-sign giving arrival time at Logan was not perfect, but these buses have to deal with traffic when at the airport, so you have to assume some approximation....the departure time from Framingham has been exact. I have run into near full parking lots during vacation times and would give extra time for the overflow lot if that is needed, and we got the last 2 seats of the first bus run in the morning (It never crossed my mind that it might be full). So far, I have made it onto every bus and parked each time, but I have learned not to cut my timing too close.

Everything went OK, but I don't know if I would use this service again, especially in winter. This was our first time using the Logan Express. We drove from CT, and it was easy to find, right off the Mass Pike. When we arrived, we were greeted by a sign that said "garage full". There were no directions on what to do or where to go. Fortunately, there was a bus getting ready to leave, and the driver was extremely nice and helpful. He held the bus a minute or two, so my wife could pay for the tickets and get on the bus, while I took the car to the overflow lot, where I was picked up. So save enough time in case the garage is full. My hunch is that it happens frequently. In fact, our driver said the overflow fills up occasionally. The ride to Logan went smoothly. When we flew back in, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the bus to show up for the ride back to Framingham. We stood outside in 8 degree weather, which paid off because the bus already had passengers from other gates. If that bus had been full, we would have had to wait at least another half hour for the next bus. Since there is no queue system, there was no guarantee that we would get a seat on that one either! This is the main reason that I am hesitant to use this service again. The trip back to Framingham was scary, as the driver was channeling Mario Andretti at Le Mans. Of course, back at the lot. our car was covered in ice and snow. I agree with a previous reviewer that those in the overflow should not be charged as much as the people who get a covered spot. My main points: 1) Allow plenty of extra time. 2) Pack a shovel and have a good battery in your car, in case you find yourself in the overflow lot in winter. The biggest problem: the fact that there is no guarantee that you will get a parking spot, or a seat on the bus, especially on the return trip.

I have always counted on the Framingham Logan Express but after tonight's experience I may be done with this service. My flight landed at 11 pm on a saturday, so I expected to catch the last shuttle at 12:15. But in the one week I was away, the schedule changed to 1:15. Most frustrating is that the signage that indicates when the bus is due to arrive is completely wrong. I watched 2 cycles of posted arrivals pass with no bus showing up for over an hour,, then the 1:15 bus showed up 8 minutes before the signage said it was due. In addition, don't bother calling for assistance after midnight; while you're stranded at the airport, they have all gone home for the night. So sad that this great Logan transport alternative has gone so far downhill.

This review is for the bus service to BOS and not about any parking in the garage. Slick early bird service into Boston Logan Airport leaves punctually when stated on the schedule. Gets you to the airport in 30 minutes aboard a clean, albeit slightly aged coach bus. Buy a coupon pack and one way rides cost only $7.50

I would not use this service unless I had no other choice. It's so bad.... Update: My car battery died while I was away for work. The facility doesn't have jumper cables, a battery pack or competent employees to assist. I was stuck in the rain, 9:30 at night, in January, on the roof waiting for outside assistance. Absolutely awful.
