The bus is fine except for the fact that many of the buses do not have a curtain on the GIANT WINDOW IN THE BATHROOM and the tinting does nothing when it is dark out. The world can see your profile while you use the bathroom. BEWARE especially if you bring your children in there! One of the drivers went to the bathroom while we were waiting in line and you could see the profile lit up like a Christmas tree from the outside. I emailed the company a week ago and received a call saying they were "looking into it." On the bus right now and there is still no curtain.

Pricing is reasonable but customer service on newton site is horrendous. It seems as if they go out of your way to not accommodate you and then smirk about it. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a smooth ride but only if you’re really on a travel budget and have no other options.

Not all buses have outlets but stellar service cheap prices and efficiently driving. Also actually drops off in Newton! Would recommend

Drivers are rude and unreliable ... They don’t care when you will arrive and are late for over a hour or 2 every time.. Driver on Saturday 9 am to New York was soooo rude and simply insated a passenger in front of others ... he took local roads to avoid traffic on 95 south to NY near Stanford !! But we got so stuck with moretraffic and local lights even worth .. it’s known that 95 clears up after a while... and was no need to get off the highway ... Chinese buses are much better and drivers make everything possible to make it on time... this Bus is no Worth ..!!!

Had a bus ride from newton to manhattan. Went to wait in line for the bus and found out everyone was given a number to board the bus. Me and my boyfriend did not receive one even though we checked in like everyone else. After 15 minutes of trying to track the lady down, My boyfriend told her we didn't get a number and she said "oh no worries I will just seat you at the very end" so we were basically probably the 5th people to arrive at the bus station and check in and the very last ones to get onto the bus and almost didn't get a seat together. Thankfully a single rider had switched and helped us out. The seats in the bus going to manhattan were also very tight and they had the heat blasting which was brutal in a full crowded bus. I probably will not use this bus company again.
