Prompt service to Logan Airport in clean buses. A courteous driver who didn't take risks getting to Boston's airport. The worst aspect of Logan Express' Peabody office was the worn sitting area where the seats had seen better days. While the chairs are clean they're torn and have been sat on be too many people. Time for new ones. The man running the office is very pleasant and explains procedures in a relaxing manner. The buses kept the schedule to the minute and allowed me ample time at the airport terminal to find the correct airline and start the loading process. Long term parking at Logan Express Peabody is reasonable and access to the highway is well laid out. Would I use the method for my next trip to Logan Airport? YES.

It was easy to access from Route 1 South. It would be nice if they made it more clear where the office is to be able to pay and wait inside if you want. I was dropping someone off, and it took us a few minutes to realize where the office was (inside the long term parking area). The bus was a little early (15 min early) and left on time.

Super convenient and a great deal vs parking at the airport. It was as nice to have someone else drive me through the PM commute traffic. These buses run like the T and leave on time (they don’t wait) so make sure you’re at the stop a few minutes before.

Very convenient and easy. The ability to park nearer to home and not having to drive into the city traffic is a game changer for me. You get dropped off at your terminal on arrival and picked up near baggage claim on the return.

So easy to get to and from the airport. Parking overnight is $7 a day, customer care is great, always on time, drivers are pleasant and professional. Thank you Logan Express for great service.
