For a storage unit it is very clean, comfortable, and the staff is more than helpful. I had visions of cold, dark, and dirty little locker rooms. Nothing like that at all! 
The price is good, the facility is very clean and warm, they don't charge for the use of a dolly, and they actually help you with anything you need. 
Highly recommend this storage facility!
