This is one of those restaurants that can be hit-or-miss for the experience you will have. The hostess station employees need to be more efficient and attentive to the customers as opposed to socializing between themselves. Most servers are friendly and do a good job. Sometimes we have experienced issues with the accuracy of our orders. I'm not too sure about management from my observations when dining.

Saturday evening,had to wait 1/2 hr. Had no peanuts on the table and had to ask for them. When my wife's salad didn't come before the meal and she had to ask for it. My meal was a salad and when it arrived the waitress forgot my oil and vinegar didn't come. Had to ask for it. Mostly I think the waitress was the problem. The food was good and people were having fun.

We were seated quickly when we walked in, our server came around for drinks; we had to repeat our order to her almost 3 times, we asked for 2 iced teas both sweet and she said 2 iced teas unsweet.. to be fair the music was quite loud and she did say she couldn't hear us because of the speaker. We ordered zucchini fries, I wasn't a fan of these as I thought they'd look like the picture and be actual fry like pieces, instead we got what I'll say looked like balls that had so much deep fried dough on them. Most of the under layer of the basket was just crumbled pieces of batter. The Logan club was good. Quite a large portion which wasn't bad for the price. It came with fries which I thought had to much salt, but I'm not much of a salt eater anyway.

If you want a haircut, you go to a barber. If there's a fire, you call the fire department. And if you need a steak, you go to Logan's. Their dinner rolls aren't the best dinner rolls provided by a steakhouse, but they're pretty damn good. Their sides aren't the best sides provided by a steakhouse, but they're good. Logan's does steaks, and they do their job well. My default, go-to steakhouse.

Horrible service, poor quality food (we had to wait nearly an hour for). This is not the first time we've had a bad experience here. Never had a good one.
