I would say that typically it is a good place to come to eat.  Tonight however was a different experience.  The four of us waited 30 minutes to be seated. This was absolutely fine and expected in a Saturday night. We were seated and waited just a moment to be greeted, again well within expectations.  This is where the issue begins. We still did not have our food an hour and twenty minutes after seating. I asked for a manager who told me that he just became aware of the long ticket time. Then rolled the server under the bus by saying it was her responsibility to tell him at 20 minutes.  There were two managers on staff, shouldn't the responsibility have been one of theirs?  Once we got our food (1 hour and 32 minutes) he came back out and offered to adjust the check while again taking the opportunity to roll a bus over the server. Once we had the check, 
he had not made any adjustments at all so we sent the check back to him. The lesson to be learned here is that, as a manager on duty, the buck stops with you, no one else.

Very busy.. Waiter( Ben) was awesome.... Food took awhile but it was busy.. We have a busy day ourselves.  Picking out Bridesmaids dresses.. Watching Talent contest etc at ETSU Mini dome.... Will be back..

Great food fun atmosphere. Steaks cooked to order perfectly.  You can even watch through the window to the kitchen as they cook it. Good prices and kids eat free on Wednesday nights!

Just not good, grilled cheese not melted nor hot. Chopped steak so so, grilled onions too sweet like sugar
 Beer good and cold with peanuts. For their prices they can do better.

Steak was raw, 3 tables around there was a lost ticket an undercooked steak and a hair.  Server was amazing.
