My husband and i were here for lunch. It was a great experience. Our waitress was new, and she was great. Our food was exceptional, hot and fresh! My only complaint was we were there on Derby day, and they did know how to make a mint julep!

I took my father-in- law and wife out to eat at the Logan's Steak House in Saginaw last night. My complaint was that when my food got to the table it was cold. It seemed like an awfully long time to get our meals, which leads me to believe that our food sat in the window for a time before it got to us. I know its not McDonalds, but after waiting over 25 minutes after my father-in-law finished his salad you would figure the meals would be at our table. The gravy portion was so small, we had to ask for extra gravy. The gravy came in a tiny black solo cup with about two teaspoons in it. I looked at it and laughed, you've got to be kidding me I thought to myself. The food was good, would have been better hot. I would have sent it back, but I was too hungry to wait an undetermined amount of time to get another meal. Our waitress was Momma T according to the receipt. We had some empty dishes on our table that could have been picked up, but weren't. Instead we had to re-arrange our table so we could get to the plates with food on them. Our waitress was polite enough, but fell short of doing what waitresses should be doing. I usually tip 20% of the bill. However in this case, I gave 10%. Good thing I had a gift cards for our meal, It made the whole experience a little easier to digest.

Arrived there from Indianapolis at about 9pm on Friday. Service was okay at best, manager was nice. However, I sat by the kitchen and witnessed the guy that actually is the final person that touches the food prepare the plates with his hands (no gloves) taking food from one to another measuring the portions from plate to plate. As if that didn’t bother me what happened further did...he would wipe his hands on his apron between preparing plates, and the apron clearly had a large dark stain on it from a days-work of this I guess I asked the manager to stand and view from were I was sitting to confirm. No gloves, finalizing the plates before issuing to waitresses The manager gave me two 25% off coupons and apologized, and the server had on gloves immediately after. The food was another issue...steak was dry, and ribs were Luke warm at best. Rolls and drinks were my only enjoyment. Very disappointing!!!

Waitress was great! Atmosphere was great. Food was ok. I ordered a medium steak and it was cooked well. They replaced it at no cost. The second was cooked perfect but not seasoned. Burgers are the thing to order from here. I can get a better steak at many other places.

Food was just okay.... Service was the worst I've every experienced! Waiter was no where to be found and our food took forever to get to us. The manager stopped by our table to thank us for our patience which was cool but he was trying to make jokes and it was just too much. Ordered a drink who had I never received but never got to ask about because she never came to our table. NEVER AGAIN
