Excellent turn around of our dinner time. The meal started off on a bad note. First the bartender was also waiting tables and was swamped behind the bar. It took a while to get our drinks and no bread showed up as he was stuck behind the bar making drinks for the other servers. One of the waitresses was trying to be helpful to him and brought our cheese sticks to us and they were cold, as in break one open and the cheese did not stretch or have any warmth to them at all I asked for them to go back. When the bartender, aka our server, came back to the table I asked him to just give us a check for the drinks and the salad that we had already consumed. He brought the manager over to our table instead. We explained what was going on and why we were so unhappy and restated the request for the check so that we could just go somewhere else. The manager asked us to please stay and let him take care of us, his words were "please stay, I'll take care of you. Sit back, relax, enjoy, I will make this right" so we decided we'd go ahead and stay. The manager within a few minutes had us hot cheese sticks and hot, fresh rolls. Shortly after that we had our meals, perfectly cooked. When we got done eating and asked for the check we were informed that the manager had taken care of the entire bill for us. That was a humongous surprise. We'd ordered cheese sticks, 2 fillet mignon meals and a cheese burger meal plus soft drinks for 3. He had already done so much to make the experience turn into a decent meal from where it had started we didn't feel that was necessary but they wouldn't hear anything about it just asked us to please give them another chance next time we go out. I will definitely return my business to them as they obviously care that their guests are satisfied with the food and the service. It's been a long time since I've been in a restaurant where a manager genuinely cared about the dining experience of the guests.

Let me start by saying the restaurant was basically empty other than two other tables and us. The highchair given to us for my son did not have a safety strap. It took the server almost 15 minutes to get our drinks. Me and my mother both ordered chicken tenders from the express menu. We were under the impression that "express" meant "quick," but we were left waiting for 45 minutes. After the long wait we received soggy chicken tenders, drowning in grease on our plates. The server seemed irritated when we asked for refills. Needless to say, it took more time to get the food than it did to eat it. My mother asked for the check and we were left waiting again. She had debit card in hand when the check arrived, but instead of taking the payment our server dropped the check on the table and walked towards the bar. We don't know the servers name because she was not wearing a name tag, nor did she say more than 3-4 sentences to us (Which was pretty much just her getting our order). Overall, it was just a horrible experience and we will not be going back

Love this place. I stop about once every other week, or after a vary bad day at work. Thst staff is great, very friendly. Foor is the best aroung the ares and the beer is very cold😊. The place brings in friendly people willing to talk about nothing and pass the the to relax the stress away.

Well when we first arrived at the table it was wet.she took are order and brought are salad .no silverware !we asked 3times for it and napkins to wipe up the water on the table and never got them. I order ribs and baked potato and it was burnt.the ribs were dry.the man that brought us are food had to gives napkins.thats was just my order!! My daughter Caesar salad tasted like fish!and asked for fries instead of the salad.and never got them!my wife order steak it was dry and had shrimp on her plate it was not supposed to be there!the best thing we ate was the bread...
