After a long graduation ceremony, my family wanted to get some O’Charley’s. We get there and we ask for a table or two for about 20. We walk to the back to see if some of the family was there and we see a perfectly good table to sit at, but it needed to be cleaned. The rest of the family gets there and a host and a hostess say to us that they cannot sit us because they are “understaffed”. The real case is that they didn’t want to work. And that my friends is pure laziness! I really wanted some chicken tenders too. Very disappointed y’all...

Good Menu with Many Choices and good food
I loved the breading on the catfish.  It had good flavor.  Our daughter had the low country shrimp.  It was so good she ate it very quickly.  She never eats fast.  My wife had the Cajun chicken pasta.  All 3 dishes were a great choice.  Service was fairly quick and our drinks were kept full.

This place was nasty! Went for dinner 2/3 of the tables were dirty with dishes left. They must have had 10 people working and nobody doing nothing. And in the kitchen NO HAIR NETS or beard nets very nasty one cook had very long hair and a beard. Then they didnt even get our order right and to top it off about 4 hours after eating i got food poisoning. Never ever going there again and would recommend everyone do the same.

Had a great dining experience here. The food was great and the wait staff was wonderful. I will be returning for another meal here. I had to wait for my beer because there was a problem with the keg, but the manager fixed the ticket. Which is awesome. The waiter Eric was great, very friendly and didn't have any problem with our food. Will definitely be coming back.

This place should be Closed! We entered & requested a booth in a quieter section of the restaurant & found out later from our server that we'd been seated in the Party section. I have a serious Gluten allergy so I requested a gluten free menu & received an unreadable/smeared ingredient list. The server had no idea what was available as gluten free but at least she asked the kitchen staff. We talked to the manager & he claims that he was aware of all these issues for months but hasn't had time to address them. I'll NEVER return to this restaurant as they will cause serious injury to people with allergy issues.
