Wonderful people to work with.  I highly recommend their services.  They took such good care of my Dad’s service and paid attention to every detail.  A special Thank You to Susan and Tyson for all the amazing work and compassion during a time when my family and I were barely able to function.  There was never a mention of money or business on their end.  They allowed us to process our thoughts and bring that side of things up on our own. I will always remember your special care. Family member had life insurance and London Funeral Home knew this. They called insisting on $5,000 immediately and told us that the policy would not pay out so we better get $5,000 to them NOW. Rumors of them talking about my family got back to us as well. Very unprofessional. The life Ins did pay but I guess they didn't want to wait for the 30 day turn around on the check getting issued. someone needs to teach these people some empathy.

The staff at London Funeral Home are so kind and caring. They went above and beyond, when tending to my mother. Thank-you so much, I really don't know what I would have done without your help and your shoulder to lean on.
