Donna, Jesse and Lewis have been tremendously helpful this past week. They help navigate the many details and decisions, and provided expertise that eases the stress during this challenging time. I'm grateful that they worked closely with my Mom to plan ahead and to facilitate her wishes.

All of the representatives of the Borgwardt Funeral Home that I worked with were kind, considerate, and professional.  They answered all my questions and helped in arranging the service, coordinating with the cemetery, contacting the pastor, and ensuring that family transportation to the cemetery met our special needs.

If I could select ZERO stars it would be too many. 

They did not honor my mothers written, contracted wishes. 

They did cremation her and they did cash the check. 

Need I say more?

I did apologize to them for using them after a very unprofessional and insensitive note from Lewis Horowitz,
Funeral Director. 

Beware of them especially during your most vulnerable time grieving for your loved ones.
