I absolutely love this store ! They are the best retailer for Rolex and Clarissa is my go-to person for anything jewelry. Ed (the manager) has an amazing team and together they run the store beautifully. I had an excellent experience with my purchase and will return to them for future purchases ! Definitely go see Clarissa !

the service is superb my wife bought me a Rolex from here and they were extremely helpful. when i came in a week later they knew me and her by name and were very helpful to go over the watch with me and size it for me.

This was an EXTREME waste of time I had previously visited the Long Isand location helpful and courteous pleasant people that were smart enough to know my ring in detail. This location was very rude when they purse themselves on having a large showroom having many options when in reality they had less. The person helping me was clarissa she not only was basically talking at me not to me telling me what wedding band I should by not hearing my interests only to continuously cut off to have her tell me that CHRIS was the tacori expert and to talk to him I waited a half and hour when Chris was available only to have him abruptly shut me down and tell me he had an appointment and that the ring i had a screenshot of wasn't their ring when infact it was that designer ring I wasted not only my time but my gas and parking 60 parking for and hour wasted I will not be doing business with this location ever! Expert of nothing! Will warn many bridesof this location and it's lack there of customer service.
