They are not a credit union like they advertise. So if you are looking to make a deposit to someone else's actual credit union, well you're out of luck. Don't know how they can legally call themselves a credit union when they are early not one.

I bank at the Terrell location and I have had nothing but an excellent experience since day one!  Terri McCormick is by far the most helpful person I have ever dealt with.  She is always willing to help, and goes above and beyond with the best attitude!  She is quite an asset to that location!  I have recommended this credit union to many people, and I will continue to do so!

Don't bother calling them bc no one will ever pick up the phone and there is always something wrong with my account
