They work with you on getting loans for investment properties which is great. 

And I hate to complain, but I felt almost like I was just bothering the loan officers, they barely answer your questions, and they just talk like they have no motivation. 

It makes me feel like I am not an important customer.

They also take a while to get back to you, so just bare with them, I still believe there a good bank, just not very good service.
