Usually really great food - the fajitas are so tasty! Glad they brought back the free chips and salsa. Staff are usually great too. Restaurant looks good. Only complaint: it's noisy in there, even at less busy times. On a Fri/Sat night, forget about table conversation.

Food is pretty good. Prices are way too high. Used to have a great machine that would make the tortillas and had all glass sides so you could watch, not sure where that went and why. Service is usually good. The last time we went, there was a 20 minute wait. We were given a beeper and went to a pub down the street. It beeped and we went back. Great time saver. Lots of confusion about our appetizer last time though. Ended up not getting it for 40 minutes, then not at all. But we were given a different one for free.

A popular place with a great location at the foot of princess street near the waterfront.  Always busy but rarely a line. Well known for their fajitas which are great for sharing.  Large menu of tex mex favorites. Reasonable prices. Good selection of beers and specialty drinks as well. Kind of a noisy place so good for kids and groups. The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic but often very busy so not very attentive. Overall a good place to visit that's popular with students,  families and tourists alike.

Had my birthday dinner here with 20 friends, our server was amazing she was patient and packaged all of the leftovers in a very organized fashion. On top of that, the food was really good. 10/10 recommend

It seems my review I left was removed so here it is again:

I went in with my husband and sat down at a table on the bar side. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to ask us what we wanted to drink. Someone else then came to the table and gave us the free bowl of chips. We ordered drinks and waited another 10 minutes before we got them. Then we ordered our food. Our server seemed really out of it. I don't know if he was new, or if he was having an off day, but he was really awkward. I saw him almost pacing, going to one side of the restaurant, walking back and then going back to the other side, not doing anything, just turning around and doing it all over again. Meanwhile, we're waiting on our drinks. I just found it odd.

When we finally got our food, there was much less on the plate than what other Lone Stars give. Hardly any rice and beans, which was disappointing. Due to that experience, I wouldn't return.
