Steve was great and incredibly thorough with his estimate and almost dead accurate we were INCREDIBLY happy with him, I give him 5 stars alone. Think the price is incredibly high for the product that was received. For 6k I did expect better wood on the privacy fence and I REALLY was not impressed that there were small pieces of chain link fence all OVER the inside of my yard. While I understand contractors complete your work, they need to clean up after themselves better. These small pieces BOTH of my dogs have gotten a hold of and swallowed, ask me how I found that out..The fence is even but there are huge gaps underneath (which is likely due to the fact that my ground is uneven) I just wish I would have been called to come look at that before the chain link was put on the poles so I could ask if there was other alternatives (lengthen those pieces etc.) I was made to feel like I had no other choice but to sign the piece of paper agreeing to everything because the contractor did not speak very good English and didn't seem to understand my question. I am overall happy that my dogs are able to run.

Overall a great experience. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because when the sales rep comes out for the appt, beware when he says "3 weeks". I had an event scheduled exactly 4 weeks and 2 days from when the rep came out and needed the fence. They came and installed it the day before the event after I got in a screaming with the install manager and he finally agreed. The subcontractor was top notch and very efficient and we love the fence!

Prices are way to high, high pressure sales. You can get the same fence somewhere else way cheaper.

We are moving to Md from GA and when I attempted to schedule an estimate, the woman on the phone (in a not nice way) stated she could not proceed with the call if I didn't know the zip code off the top of my head. We will not be using this company if that's the customer service we receive before we even get to speak with a sales person. Many different ways my call could have been handled, that was not the correct way.

Horrible experience all around. I got an estimate to install black iron hand railings, which seemed extremely high. The iron railing was supposed to be more durable because of the powder coating. They installed the railing about six weeks later. There was rust on just about every piece of railing from the start. Not to mention they damaged my house in several places. It has now been going on about 5 weeks with no resolution yet. They are unresponsive. Completely horrible quality of product and even worse service. Avoid them at all cost, you will regret it!
