so guy was nice who came but my heater was working so just said that this has happened before and has no idea why.
then I had no heat all weekend- couldn't get through to them- figured out after 2 days that my thermostat on the wall just needed new batteries- I called to tell them- they should really know this when checking a system and should reimburse me
