Don’t let the lack of upkeep fool you.  This place has the same dank food it had 30 years ago.  Long live Long John’s!Food: 5/5

Food was very good. Had fish and shrimp and both, as well as the sides, we're hot and tasty. The restaurant, unfortunately , is an old, run down mess. It doesn't look like there has been any updating in years and it has an unpleasant smell. Even the parking lot is run down.

Didn’t realize if the store was open or not till I walked up and pulled on the door and opened there was no cars in the parking lot. The food was very good though. My husband had the fish sampler and I had fish and chicken and we brought my leftovers home and they warmed up very nicely the next day.Food: 5/5

I attempted to place a food order here and joined the queue. Observing a sizable group in the dining area awaiting their orders, I opted not to linger as it seemed probable that my wait would exceed 10-15 minutes, with three more individuals ahead of me. Additionally, the dim lighting cast a somber atmosphere over the dining area, further dissuading my stay.

Went to pick up dinner's for lent. Place was packed but workers never missed a beat. We ordered 4 dinners to-go and food was hot and exactly as expected. The staff at this restaurant deserves a BIG thank you. You guys know how to get it done and with great attitudes.Food: 5/5

No napkins. Plastic forks were closed but the container was wet inside. Food was good, too much salt in batter. Had to go back for coleslaw. Atmosphere was a little dark and gloomy.Food: 4/5

Fairly good food, the hushpuppies and shrimp are delicious. Fish is a little greasy, batter could be crispier. Crowded during the holiday, but the wait time wasn't too bad, roughly 15 minutes at max for me. Good service, employees are awesome.  Parking: Kind of tight fit for larger vehicles if you part directly in front of the building. Handicap parking is on the side of the building, as well as a ramp for wheelchairs.  Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramp on side of building.

Had not been here in a long time! Has not changed! if don't eat it while it's hot it gets hard and greasey so don't take it home eat it there!!Food: 3/5

Shon is wonderful employee. Professional and pleasant. Love Long John Silvers. Wish there were more shops around the Cleveland area, especially downtown.Food: 4/5

The food was good as always. But I felt like I had returned to a cold day in the 1960s. There's no doubt this restaurant needs a complete update. And I don't know if they didn't pay the gas bill but it was freezing in the dining room.Food: 5/5
