Mark has done jobs both large and small for me.  He is very responsive, a stickler for doing it right and very reliable.  He redid a shower for me and it took several days.  I let him in and out with my remote app and never a worry.  I recommend!

When I contacted Long's Certified Plumbing Services to report a manufacturer's defect in a hot water heater they installed in November 2016, they came out and replaced the hot water heater the very same day!  What great service!  The technicians were polite and professional.  I highly recommend this company!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK!  THE MOST HARDWORKING, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DEPENDABLE PLUMBERS IN TOWN!   I hired Mark Long and his team to do major emergency repairs and remodeling of both of my bathrooms.  I have an older home and the plumbing problems were a nightmare!  After getting multiple estimates from several unscrupulous plumbers, I found Long's Plumbing.  Mark was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my problems permanently!  I told him I was a single parent on a limited budget and he did everything he could to keep my costs down, even passing on his own supplier's discounts to me for my fixtures!  He was very honest and never tried to cheat me or take advantage of my lack of experience with these type of repairs.  He has a family business and his mother, Denise is the "go-to" person!  She is amazing too!   My bathrooms are all done now and they look fabulous!  I want to thank Mark and his family again for all their help!  I found a Plumber that I can trust to do a great job for a very fair price !! I would highly recommend Long's Plumbing to anyone in the Central Florida Area.

The plumber came out and gave a price to do a job the following week. Never called. When I followed up to confirm I was told the price went up $50 and I needed to pay part check and part cash. I was not happy with the conditions but agreed as I wanted the work done the next day (we had waited a week). I received a call back later that evening that the cost had gone up again. They obviously didn't want the job and wasted a lot of my time while they kept changing their mind. Very dishonest! DO NOT USE!

I called for an estimate for fixing a bad smell around two bathrooms and Mr. Long took the time to help me figure out, over the phone what the problem was. 
Thanks to him I know what needs to be fixed and an accurate estimate. Very professional and nice gentleman. I highly recommend.
