This company did a bunch of work on a brand new build for in floor heat on two floors. Floor heat Sensors were placed in the wrong locations. As soon as the system calls for heat the sensor detects a huge temp change and shuts off. So the floor never actually warms up. They also did hydronic driveway heat and put the pipes way too deep into the slab resulting in needing more time to melt the snow than my neighbors. To top it all off they never pressurized the hydronic loops so I needed even double the time to warm the driveway slab. That issue I fixed myself by installing a glycol feeder. That fix resulted in a huge savings of natural gas but other issues still remain. This company is totally unqualified if you want a properly working and energy efficient system. All smoke and mirrors once you start really digging into the job done.

Had an interaction with one of their drivers not sure if they are the owner along Steeles Ave. this morning. The vehicle had AAA Plumbing written on it, meaning they are representing the company. Another driver mistakenly cut their van off as they were changing lanes. This driver then cut me off and almost hit me. I opened my window and said "They did it to you now you did it to me?!" He opened his window and spit at me while giving me the finger and mocking me. Would not trust them at all with entering your home, let alone providing a service. They need to learn what it means to be a decent human being.

Wouldn’t even give this company a star. I’ve never been more unimpressed by their work. Not only did all my vanities have to get cut underneath after having all specs given to them prior to my new built house but they are not reliable and completely unprofessional.

We hired AAA Plumbing to do our Custom Home in Oakville. Had a terrible experience - many issues with the rough in stage, inspection stage and lack of communication and organization from there team which resulted us to let them go. We incurred many additional costs for not having work done correctly. Main owner is a good person but the team, organization and quality do not reflect custom home jobs.

I am blown away by this company.  They did all the plumbing in my house.  The inspector was amazed and kept on commenting on what an amazing job they did.  I recommend to everyone.  They are my go to company for any plumbing needs.  Amazing staff and amazing owner!!!  Trust worthy company unlike others I have dealt with that try to inflate pricing.
