Dr. Ryan and Ericka Canales began Long Trail Veterinary Center in order to provide a different and unique experience for pet owners. They believed that every client needed to be treated on their own unique case basis and not boxed into pre-paid plans and corporate protocols. In addition this meant that their appointment would need to be close to 40 minutes versus rushed in 15 minute appointments to ensure owners werent feeling hurried or questions unanswered. They wanted to make sure all clients felt there was a plan in place for their special pet. An addition effort is also made to ensure clients can see the same veterinarian as they wish.
