Three stars (I'd give them 3 1/2)... because other experiences have been better. And because they tried, after they fumbled. Our steaks, ordered medium-rare, ...mooed! A warm, red center was expected... slimy red, was not acceptable. Jordan, the manager, came out and apologized, but then tried to make an excuse, saying that it's harder to judge a bone-in steak. But the word STEAKHOUSE is in your name. He offered to make it right by throwing my steak back on the grill. Really? I realize he's probably expected to do something like that to offset the cost, but at that point... simply offer a new steak that will meet or exceed our expectations. The cost of one steak is far less than losing a repeat customer. He DID, after my fiance insisted, put a new steak on, and evidently cooked it himself. The new steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. He did also comp one of our meals, which was greatly appreciated. Up to that point, we had discussed not coming back, because if they couldn't cook a steak right at 3:45pm when they weren't busy, we didn't feel hopeful about another busier time. However, because the steak was made right and the bill was handled graciously, and we have been there 2 or 3 other times in the past that were decent,  it may take me a while to convince him, but we will probably go back and try again at some point.

Needs better management.  Got here around 4:45pm on Saturday 10/7.  The place was empty as far as people seated at tables.  There are about 50 of us sitting here waiting to be seated, and more people rolling in.  Praying after this wait that we at least have good service, and good food!

Was treated very well.  Had a table of 6 friends.  No problem with separate bills for everyone.  All steaks came out done correctly.  Food was great.

Been here multiple times over the past few years. Most of the time the food is good and the wait isn't terrible. Service is always decent. Can't really complain.

The food was great at first but after 5 minutes of eating, it went down hill. My chicken was impossible to cut, had to send it back. The food was not very good, and the service went downhill also. The service was great in the beginning but in the end our waiter was no where to be seen. Probably will not attend again in the near future unless we have to.
