This was the worst visit to any Olive Garden ever.  The first thing we were told was that they had run out of bread sticks and that more would be coming as a manager went to get some from another location.  (The waiter said this was the second time in a week they had run out.)  Never saw one the entire meal.  The waiter did not bring enough salad plates.  He forgot to enter our appetizer that he brought finally after we were pretty much done with our meals.  The food looked sloppy as though hastily plated, and we waited a considerable time for our meals in a room with five empty tables.  They obviously need to get their act together.  I will not be going back to that location again.

Having multiple food allergies, I went in skeptical of how my experience would go.

What a pleasant surprise, I was well taken care of. Supplied with an allergen menu upon my request, my server Jewel, double checked my choice: Steak Gorgonzola with Fettucine Alfredo.

So delicious. Will definitely be coming back based on service, and amazing food!

We visited this Olive Garden around 6 on a Sunday night.  There was a 30 min wait and we waited.  Upon being seated we were asked if he hostess had informed us they were out of breadsticks. She hadn’t.  Also upon crossing into the carpeted seating area there was
A strong smell of something rotten through out the whole area that dint dissipate.  We tried to be polite and  tough it out but ultimately ended up leaving.  Their cappuccino machine was also broken.

I have to say normally when I visit here I have a great experience but it's sad when I can look at a waitress and see she over challenged. I still gave her a 18 percent tip just for her efforts. The coffee was like drinking water my pasta over cooked and not only that talk about just letting dishes pile up on a cramped area for me and my 3 kids restaurant needs to get have more help so waiters and waitresses can focus more on the customer then to shove them out the door..

Food and service is below average. The smell of the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. It's my second time here and both times the restaurant has smelt terrible.
