Me n my daughter went to eat at the Long Horn steak House for lunch and our waitress Gina was absolutely amazing. Very nice very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and items on it. Also the manager Loren Sanford was very nice. All in all it was an amazing experience. Loved it and will definitely be going back. Thank you

I don't normally write bad reviews about anyone, especially a restaurant as I am a server myself and know how hectic things can get. Unfortunately, our visit at this longhorn was just horrible...and they weren't busy :(. We ordered the new brisket nachos and it was a waste of our money. They looked horrible and def. wasn't the right proportion. We would have said something to the waitress and asked for them to be fixed or order something else, but she didn't come back until our main course came out. My husband was so hungry (hence why we ordered the appetizer) that he ate it anyway). We also were trying to drink a couple sangria's, when we ordered our second drink for each of us (when the waitress brought out our main course) it didn't arrive until we were done eating. When I told her I no longer wanted mine she insisted we keep it and she would take it off the bill. She did not. Its OK, we still tipped $15+ and paid for the check, we just won't b back. I have also uploaded a pick of the nachos, hope this helps anyone thinking about getting them!

Best restaurant experience we've ever had! Our waiter, Justin, was so pleasant, kid friendly, and prompt. Manager was very tentative to customers. Food was absolutely delicious and literally had us saying "oh my" after the first bite of every dish! Highly recommend. They were packed but staff was quick at clearing tables and getting people seated. We expected a 30 minute wait and was seated in under 10 minutes.

My family enjoys the steaks and wild west shrimp, and the chili fries and soups are good too. Desserts can be a miss. Service is usually friendly, often a bit slow. My only real complaint is that I wish they'd get rid of the musty carpet in their dining area. The smell is bad and noticeable, and has been for a long while now. It's an unpleasant first impression.

Wait time to be seen by a hostess was noticeable. No staff waiting to greet customers as they enter the restaurant. Food runners just drop the food at the table. Lack of professionalism and presentation. Drinks a little heavy on the pour. Waitress was very friendly and had a great attitude.
