Let me start with the positive. The place looks pretty nice it was clean and has a nice set up. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. From there it went south with light speed. I waited over 35 minutes for my food to come out of the kitchen and the place was almost empty. I could have went into the kitchen and cooked it myself watching a YouTube instructional and it would have been faster than them. I asked the waitress/bar tender several times about my order and she kept saying it was coming but I looked around and the place was almost dead and literally asked her if there was a possibility if the cook was dead. If you are any kind of skilled pool player don't go there unless you bring your own lights. They literally have no lights above the pool tables like every pool hall I've ever been to has. My buddy pulled out his iPhone flash light so we could see the table a little better. I told one the staff about how they could improve that experience but they said they have had a tremendous amount of people suggest the same thing and management just doesn't care about it. The table we played on had some felt coming off and there were drink stains on it so the whole pool experience there is pretty bad unless you just really don't care about your game in which case just bring a golf putter, stand on the table and swing away. When my friend and I were ordering our food we wanted to substitute our fries with something different and were willing to pay the difference but they said no you can't we would have to pay the full price for whatever side item available even though if you bought just a side order of fries the price for the other side items is like $ .50 difference. After paying for the bad experience I went to my car to discover that they forgot to give me my license back. They take your i.d. as collateral for the pool balls which is pretty standard but as soon as you turn the pool balls in it is standard procedure to hand over your license back at the same time. I get the impression that management really doesn't care about this place and as a result I don't either.

Love both of my girls sara and Stevie are the bomb all that and a bag of chips with the dip. I always recommending mist to al mine friends and family. I will always return, great hospitality!!!

Music was too loud! Food was typical bar food. Service and price were good though.

No real character or ambiance. Good hangout tho.

Worst experience ever. Waited over an hour for our food and it all came out at different times. Had to send food back once because it was burnt. Service was just as bad as the food. If I could give it negative starts I would.
