****Horrible Experience**** We will never order from or eat at Warrenton Longhorn steakhouse again! Tonight was the first time we have ordered from this particular Longhorn Steakhouse. We placed a TOGO order and did not receive a lot of what we ordered. We did not receive the appetizer (the Texas Tonion), the loaded potato soup, the shrimp and lobster chouder, two Caesar salads, or a strawberry salad, or a loaded baked potato that we ordered with the meals. We paid for all the items we did not receive. This Longhorn Steakhouse also was not customer service oriented. They had no carryout parking or a place for which carryout could be picked up. My husband was forced to park very far away and walk far in the cold to pick up our order. Once inside, he had to approach the over crowded bar to request our TOGO order. We are very unhappy with the service and experience. This place is obviously poorly ran and poorly supervised with no consideration of the customer.

Great Surprise! Excellent Food & Service. Steak & baked potatos cooked perfect. Salad was very fresh. Not what I expected from a chain.

Have visited many times since they opened a number of years ago. They started out fantastic! Then dropped off quite a bit. Last year my wife and I went again and loved the prime rib. Then, today, we visited for my birthday. The service was mediocre, salad and prime rib arrived at exact same time with apologies but not taken care of, and the prime rib was honestly more like a piece of ham. Not terrible but not good. I'll not return and suggest reader chooses otherwise.

Always a great time at Longhorns. Bob the regional manager was there and of course the lovely Patricia behind the bar she is the best thank you
