Terrible service. Staff was short handed as I was informed by several staff members. I straight out asked our server before ordering how long the wait would be for food because I was concerned after waiting 20 min for drinks it may take a long time. She insisted the kitchen staff was fine so food would not be long. I would have appreciated her honesty. After ordering food it took an hour to receive it. Which would have been acceptable had it been during a busy part of the day... it was 3:00 pm. Will be a long time before I return. 😔

Just had a dinner there with my mom. We were told wait was 30-40 minutes but were seated in less time (it was 7:15 pm and very busy so understandable). We had to wait a bit for our food because a cook apparently walked out. We had gotten an appetizer and some bread so we were fine with everything. Our waitress was very courteous and prompt and I do not remember her name (I am bad at remembering names :/) but she had tattoos and dark hair. Best kind of personality for the type of job because let's face it, there are plenty of assholes who come in with a chip on their shoulder and give the servers hell. We got our food, mom was pleased but my steak was overdone which I was okay with but they insisted on doing something about it. Ended taking it off my bill even though I was not mad about it. Both times I have been there have been great, I would recommend!

My sister, husband and I just had dinner here. The food was beyond delicious and the waitress was the best. We loved the warm bread, the vegetables were superb. The steak was perfect, the ribs meat fell off the bone and the chicken breast was very tender and moist. Highly recommend!

The Prime Rib was excellent, service was good on a busy nite for New Years weekend.. love coming here ..

I'm really not a fan of chains, I'd much rather spend my money (and I'm much more likely to satisfy my tastebuds) at a locally owned restaurant. But every once in awhile for some reason we go to Longhorn. Probably because my husband and I are Paleo and we know we can get our basic meat and veggies. This location has always been pretty decent. It's clean, the servers have been friendly and the food comes out hot. No major complaints here.
