Worst experience ever!!! The cashier was rude as can be. Attitude and eye rolling. I love Taco Bell but sadly this location needs all new employees.When I called the manager to share my experience about her employee (as well as how my order was messed up) she did not care, got an attitude as well and hung up on me. I will never go back to the Taco Bell on Tesson Ferry.

Frustrating. I work in the first bank building across the street. Several co-workers and employees try to go over there on our 10 o clock breaks for breakfast. We either run across the road, or drive over there. They never have "EGGS" made though they offer breakfast until 11 am?  The big advertising push for Taco Bell breakfast is that they off it an hour later than the "other guys"...but when it comes to this location that is not the case.  Aside from this weekly experience from at least one member of our team, the staff and food is usually pretty good.  When we are able to actually get breakfast, it is delightful. Too bad that occurs 1/2 times if you are lucky. If only they could figure this out or just stop telling people they serve it until 11am they would get a five star rating from me every time. Again, frustrating.

Drive thru takes way longer than it should (15min no on in line) food comes out cold smallest portions at any taco bell I been to..asked for extra sauce and was given less than items ordered. This is every time. Wish they would bring the good one back that was closer but they built this right next to another one....why? I feel like the only way to get good taco bell is drive 20 min to another GOOD one in another county and eat there because the time I get back it would be cold... Ughhh

Waited 5 minutes for someone to get to the register so I could order.  Then after waiting 13 minutes for my food and seeing people that came in after me getting their food I went up to get my money back.   The cashier who I believe was the manager on duty gavu a lame "I'm sorry".  Everyone in the back was goofing around instead of being serious and providing a quality product and customer service.   While I was there customers that were eating inside were taking their food back up because the food was not correct.

We've given this place quite a few tries, since we live so close. Both the drive-through and inside are always terribly slow, regardless of whether we're the only people there or not. We've had a few awesome frontline workers, but also just as many incompetent workers. It's more worth it to make the drive and go to one further away. The only reason I'm giving this more than 1 star is because of the couple of genuinely nice and caring workers and the poor guys in the kitchen who have to work harder because of the incompetent frontline workers.
