Owner manger came out to the bar which I had asked for a manger. Told him my problem. Mind you I spent over 200 dollars in 2 days by myself and he did nothing. Nothing nothing nothing. Gave me the song and dance he would look into it. Come on man I did 25 years in the biz. Which I told you. Longhorn will not see my money ever again. You my friend should not own or manage anything. You did nothing to fix my problem. So that tells me you don't care. Don't care if the customer is wrong or the employee. When a customer is spending that kind of money you do something. Some thing. Not just do nothing. Hello. Terrible from top to bottom.

December 2, 2017 A surprisingly well managed place. A decorator’s dream, expressed in real life. I noticed the black framed theme and the long horizontal lines, the well chosen decor. A pleasant place to visit and have lunch or dinner, or to just sit and have a brew. And yes, they serve great steaks.

I ordered a medium steak, came back medium to well done. Got another one, it was more done than the first. I was highly disappointed. My grandkids ate and were finished, so I couldn't send the 2nd one back. The waiter didn't even offer to adjust the bill. Ck was $62 and I still gave a $10 tip. You might all ask why? Because I didn't want to be bad mouthed by the waiter. I had issues with him too, but that's another story in itself.

Amazing stuffed mushroom appetizers, as well as the wild west shrimp appetizer. Good fresh salad, fresh baked bread while you wait. Burgers, and sandwiches are good, but steaks are awesome, try them parmesan crusted.

Usually the food is great.. But the night we went not so much. It had snowed so they were one of the only places open. Not very many customers, but the food just wasn't good. I give restaurants 2 trys. Ill try one more time.
