Enjoyable dining experience. Our server was Tops! Our entrees were first rate and we pressed ourselves for dessert... So glad we did! The store is clean, staff is friendly and servers attentive. Well worth the visit, well worth the price.

Poor service. We sat at the table at least 5 minutes before the waitress came over and asked if we had been helped. She brought out our water and it tasted like bleach. I had to ask multiple times for napkins, when I asked again she put her finger up for me to wait and started chatting with the next table. We finally get our food and ask for A1 sauce and she disappeared. She then went to the table next to ours and asked them about dessert. I had to get my husband A1 sauce since the waitress was busy chatting while his steak got cold. I love Ruby Tuesday but I would not recommend this location. Bad service.

My experience was great. Waitress was awesome, salad bar clean and full, and steak was perfect. I'll come back my next time through.

This is the one in Banks Crossing, Commerce. The service was nice and the food was very good. Ruby Tuesdays ribs are always good and the salad bar was clean and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the ladies bathroom was well-kept. There is plenty free parking and the area is near the Tanger Outlets in Commerce. It is basically at the I-85 exit, and it cannot be missed if your destination is the outlet. Enjoy your visit!

The salad bar was fantastic! Everything was very fresh and well labeled. Service was really good. My steak was a bit overcooked, or I would have given 5 stars.
