Love this North Naples, Fl location. We go for date night and sit at bar for dinner. Best bartenders around. Love it. Service is great and food is always good.

Crowded but not long wait. Ordered ribs but were out so had small sirloin Loaded baked potato very good. Dinner salad (chicken tender ) very big. All in our parts enjoyed their meal. Will return.

Nothing wrong with this particular location as it is clean and the staff is competent. 3 stars because I feel Longhorn is simply an average Steakhouse that has been dressed up. The interior fixtures are better than say Lonestar, Texas Roadhouse, Sizzler, or Outback but at the end of the food quality is identical. You are paying an additional price for the ambiance and interior decor which is important to some people. Myself, I'd rather pay a little less for the same if not better food at some place like Texas Roadhouse

Table of 4 people, 2 ordered same steak medium rare one was right the other well done. One of the salads was supposed to have dressing on the side, but had dressing all over it. By the time the well done steak was redone everyone else was finished eating. Asked for manager he wouldn't do a thing for us and wasn't pleasant about it. That's 4 people he will never see again.

Four of us ate here on Saturday night, November 26, 2017. I am allergic to eggs so ordering can be a problem. They brought a special menu that listed common allergens contained in every item! Everyone ordered a different entree and we each loved what we ordered. That is extremely unusual for everyone to be so pleased. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. There was no long delay for our food either. There are many restaurants between Bonita Springs and Naples, but this one just made our "favorites list".
