We came in on a busy Friday night and decided to sit at the bar to avoid the wait. The bar tenders were very attentive and courteous. Our food came out in good time. I got a strawberry pecan side salad. When I received my food immediately grabbed a grape and put it in my mouth, only to find that it was rotten. The grape was sour and not in a normal way. Upon closer inspection I noticed there were many rotten grapes in the salad, bruised strawberries and wilted lettuce. I wasn't expecting the most attractive salad to be at a steakhouse, but it should at least be fresh. I let my waiter know and he calls over the manager. This is where things go south. The manager asks what is wrong with the salad, I explain. She then asks if I would like another and I don't. She then says "You're really going to let a few squishy grapes keep you from eating?" To which I responded "I don't eat rotten food." She then says it isn't rotten just a little squishy makes other rude remarks and collects my plate. Not once did she apologize. It was unprofessional for her to basically tell me what's acceptable to put in my body.

We were there on a Saturday evening. We called in before but still waited for about 25 minutes. The server was excellent. They were super busy but he was attentive and went above and beyond. He was told they had just run out of prime rib. One of the people we were with wanted that. He switched his order however a few minutes later he came back and had found out they still had a few temperatures left so he was still able to get it. I ordered a filet and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The only reason for 4 stars is I just find the atmosphere a little lacking in that the seating is a little close together. And I think it's prices are a little high but that is probably because of the location. I would recommend thus place as the service was great, drinks were very good and quickly refilled and the food was excellent.

Great atmosphere, the service was good. Thr food was really good. Friendly staff and great drinks. Their steaks are super tasty. It tends to be crowded in the evenings but worth the wait. Good place to bring the family or hang out with friends.

Poor service and steak has no flavor. If I wanted to eat A1 sauce for flavor, I would’ve gone to Kroger. I got rare and it looks like they warmed it up in a microwave. Salad was also not fresh.

It's alright for a chain joint. You have to order your steak a level lower than you want it because they over cook beef. I recent ordered a medium rare expecting a medium and received a well done. I didn't have time for them to replace it and without my asking they removed it from the bill. So there's that. The service is good and the place is clean.
